The difference
One message, not one per post.
Posts are grouped into a single tidy message per delivery, so a busy morning is one thing to read rather than forty notifications. It has a beginning and an end, and when you reach the end you are finished.

What this does not do.
It is not instant
Posts arrive on your schedule, not the second they are published. That is the design, not a limitation being worked around. If you need the moment something is posted, use X.
Some accounts can't be tracked
CalmBird does not track accounts based in the EU or EEA. Following a person based there may fall under the GDPR's territorial scope, so those accounts are refused when you add them rather than quietly delivering nothing.
Free has fixed times
The free plan delivers three times a day at set times and tracks two accounts. Choosing your own hours and cadence is part of the paid plans.

Before you start
Do I need an X account?
No. CalmBird reads public timelines by handle on your behalf. You never connect, log into or authorise your own X account, so you do not need one at all.
How do I connect Telegram?
Open Telegram, find the CalmBird bot, send /start, and follow the link it replies with. That is the whole setup, and you can unlink it again from settings.
How often do posts arrive?
It depends on your plan. Some deliver at fixed times, others let you choose: once, three, four or six times a day, inside the hours you set. Each delivery bundles everything new since the last one.
Is Telegram delivery free?
Yes. Telegram is on every plan including Free, which tracks two accounts and delivers three times a day.
